DOUGLASS, KS, UNITED STATES, September 15, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Woody Auction’s Art Glass & Furniture Auction scheduled for Saturday, October 17th, will be led by an incredible Tiffany Studios “Peony” leaded glass table lamp, followed by an impressive array of art glass, including French cameo, English cameo, Loetz, plated amberina, and a sizable Wave Crest collection featuring the rare Goldfish dresser box.
Additional highlights include a carnival glass Peter Rabbit plate, Greentown chocolate glass, sterling silver flatware, a biscuit jar collection, fine furniture, and much more. The auction, starting promptly at 9:30am Central Time, will be held online and live in the Woody auction hall located at 130 East 3rd Street in Douglass. The Tiffany Studios leaded glass table lamp with “Peony” pattern shade is a must-see highlight lot, boasting magnificent colors and mounted on the original bronze base marked “Tiffany Studios #28660.” The electrified three-light lamp, 23½ inches tall, has the original heat cap and a shade marked “Tiffany Studios New York #1475.” The pre-sale estimate is $45,000-$65,000.
A 167-piece sterling silver flatware set by Heirloom Sterling in the Damask Rose pattern has a total sterling weight of 5,035 grams (this does not include items with stainless steel blades). The total weight of the set in pounds, including all items and the chest, is 22.6 pounds. The estimate is $9,000-$11,000.
The unmarked Wave Crest swirl mold dresser box in the extremely rare Goldfish pattern, features blue and pink tones and measures 6¼ inches by 6¼ inches by 4¾ inches. It weighs 1.8 pounds and is expected to change hands for $3,000-$6,000.
A small plated amberina art glass water pitcher by New England, diminutive at just 7 inches in height, must be seen to be truly appreciated and displays flawless color. It has a pre-sale estimate of $3,000-$5,000.
The green carnival glass Peter Rabbit plate by Fenton is an outstanding example that would complement any collection. The plate, 9½ inches in diameter, comes from a private Australian collection and carries a pre-sale estimate of $2,500-$4,000.
An unmarked Loetz art glass vase in the Medici pattern is set in a flower holder frame measuring 20½ inches by 13 inches by 7¼ inches. The vase is exactly as featured in Early Loetz Advertising (Model #4372), and features iridescent amethyst shading to gold, with a fantastic silver oil spot Medici design. The silverplate holder is marked “Argentoir.” The estimate is $2,500-$4,000.
A four-piece plated amberina art glass condiment set by New England, includes one pair of 4-inch-tall cylindrical form salt shakers ; and one pair of 3¾-inch-tall tall corset form salt shakers, set on a Pairpoint #751 silverplate frame. The set should knock down for $2,000-$3,000.
A plated amberina art glass butter dish by New England, with fantastic color and pronounced ribs, is set on an amber replacement button and daisy base. The dish measures 5 inches by 7 inches by 7 inches, and the original lid has a diameter of 4½ inches. The estimate is $1,500-$3,000.
An unmarked Wave Crest scroll mold plaque, in cream and blue tones and featuring a Native American Chief portrait, is set in a 12½-inch by 10-inch gilt metal frame. The plaque should bring $1,500-$3,000.
A French bronze sculpture of a young girl skipping rope, artist signed Charles Anfrie (1833-1905), boasts outstanding detail and Woody Auction believes it to be an original. The must-see sculpture stands 25¼ inches tall and is expected to fetch $1,500-$2,500.
