Pentair plc (NYSE: PNR), a leader in helping the world sustainably move, improve, and enjoy water, life’s most essential resource, today announced that it has successfully completed its acquisition of Taco Group Holdings (Taco), a leader in hydronic and water-based solutions, for $1.4 billion, subject to customary adjustments.
The transaction is expected to accelerate Pentair’s growth strategy and expand the Company’s portfolio of smart, sustainable water solutions aligned to secular water trends. Bringing together Pentair’s and Taco’s complementary portfolios, channels and go-to-market strategies will enable the combined company to broaden customer access and deepen partnerships, creating cross-selling opportunities and new revenue streams.
